Product Instructions:
1. Remove the cover, clean and sanitize all components. Fill the inside of the air lock 1/2 full with water, sanitizer or any other liquid you choose.
2. Put the lid on and insert the smaller end into the bung, fermentor hole, bucket cap, water bottle cap, etc. Ensure that the seal is secure.
3. Watch for signs of fermentation in a day or so, depending on your temperature, sugar level or yeast function. The yeast will consume the sugar, resulting in CO2 being released. This will push air out of the fermentor and you will then see bubbles escape.
4. At regular intervals, visually check your air lock liquid level (depending on your project, this step may not be needed).
