What Gueuze Around Comes Around

This recipe is 4 beers blended together. Beers were brewed in 2012, 2014, 2015, and 2017. Blended in December 2018. Mash @ 150 °F for  60 minutes. Batch-sparge @ 165 °F for 20 minutes. Boil for 70 minutes; add aged hops at 60 minutes. Chill to 70 °F, and pitch yeast (see ingredient list).  In 12 to 18 months, rack to 3 gallon carboys for bulk aging and future blending. This blend was: 2 gallons, April 2017; 2 gallons, September 2014; 1 gallon, March 2015; 1 gallon, November 2012.  Blended and bottled on December 31, 2018 with 8.5 oz. table sugar.
